About Yordan Silvera

In a Nutshell...

Born in Havana, Yordan Silvera is a multidisciplinary creative professional, who is constantly experimenting with methods and strategies of visual communication. Silvera attended the Cuban National Academy of the Art, San Alejandro, where he majored in painting. After moving to the United States, Silvera was awarded a full scholarship at the Corcoran College of Art+Design where he majored in Graphic Design. 
 
As a well round creative professional, Silvera’s areas of expertise range from web UX, UI and editorial design, to illustration, concept art, and fine art painting. This allows him to effectively work and collaborate with creative and marketing teams, as well work independently. Silvera strives on visually synchronizing all pieces of a campaign such as, brand, website, emails, flyers, and print collateral. His methods of visual consistency and user engagement have supported many result based marketing strategies. 
 
Silvera has worked with many international and local clients including: The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, The DC Jefferson Hotel, Marriott Hotels, Think Food Group, Fogo de Chao, Talenti Gelato e Sorbetto, DC Central Kitchen, Allegis Group, Aerotek, TEKSystems, Major Lindsey & Africa, Stephen James, PBS, Healthy Directions, and more−always aiming to exceed their expectations.
